1、 DOXIL/阿霉素
DOXIL (doxorubicin HCl liposome injection) is supplied as a sterile, translucent, red liposomal dispersion in 10-mL or 30-mL glass, single use vials.
Each 10-mL vial contains 20 mg doxorubicin HCl at a concentration of 2 mg/mL.
Each 30-mL vial contains 50 mg doxorubicin HCl at a concentration of 2 mg/mL.
Refrigerate unopened vials of DOXIL at 2°-8°C (36°-46°F). Avoid freezing. Prolonged freezing may adversely affect liposomal drug products; however, short-term freezing (less than 1 month) does not appear to have a deleterious effect on DOXIL.
2、 AmBisome/两性霉素B
AmBisome for Injection is a sterile, non-pyrogenic lyophilized product for intravenous infusion.
STORAGE OF AMBISOME
Unopened vials of lyophilized material are to be stored at temperatures up to 25° C (77° F).
Storage of Reconstituted Product Concentrate
The reconstituted product concentrate may be stored for up to 24 hours at 2-8 C (36-46 F) following reconstitution with Sterile Water for Injection, USP. Do not freeze.
Storage of Diluted Product Injection of AmBisome should commence within 6 hours of dilution with 5% Dextrose Injection.
3、 EXPAREL/布比卡因
EXPAREL (bupivacaine liposome injectable suspension) vials should be stored refrigerated between 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F). EXPAREL may be held at a controlled room temperature of 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F) for up to one month in sealed, intact (unopened) vials. Vials should not be re-refrigerated. As a convenience to the hospital pharmacist, each vial label includes space to record the date when the vial has been removed from refrigeration.
EXPAREL should not be frozen as reflected by the temperature indicator or exposed to high temperatures (greater than 40°C or 104°F) for an extended period.
4、 MARQIBO/长春新碱
三瓶装：硫酸长春新碱溶液、鞘磷脂胆固醇脂质体溶液、磷酸钠溶液。使用时配制。
Store the Marqibo Kit in the refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C – Do Not Freeze
5、 ONIVYDE/伊立替康
Store ONIVYDE at 2ºC to 8ºC (36°F to 46°F). Do NOT freeze. Protect from light.
6、 VYXEOS/复方脂质体
VYXEOS (daunorubicin and cytarabine) liposome for injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free, purple, lyophilized cake, in a single-dose vial. Each VYXEOS vial (NDC 68727-745-01) contains 44 mg daunorubicin and 100 mg cytarabine.
Store unreconstituted VYXEOS vials in a refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) in an upright position. The vial should be stored in its original carton to protect from light.
7、 ONPATTRO
ONPATTRO is a sterile, preservative-free, white to off-white, opalescent, homogeneous solution for intravenous infusion supplied as a 10 mg/5 mL (2 mg/mL) solution in a single-dose glass vial.
Store at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F). Do not freeze. Discard vial if it has been frozen.
If refrigeration is not available, ONPATTRO can be stored at room temperature up to 25°C (up to 77°F) for up to 14 days.

8、 ARIKAYCE/阿米卡星
ARIKAYCE (amikacin liposome inhalation suspension), 590 mg/8.4 mL, is supplied in a sterile, unit-dose 10-mL glass vial. The product is dispensed as a 28-vial kit.
Store ARIKAYCE vials refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) until expiration date on vial. Do not freeze. Once expired, discard any unused drug.
ARIKAYCE can be stored at room temperature up to 25°C (77°F) for up to 4 weeks. Once at room temperature, any unused drug must be discarded at the end of 4 weeks.
